On the Friday and Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, 25 people from Bethany, St. Paul and others in Omaha with Kids Against Hunger group took the Bethany van to Joplin and helped serve over 700 hot meals to workers and displaced, as well as distribute a whole semi load of donated items, food, water, clothes, diapers, quilts, and more, and just helped wherever we could and just listened to folks, and prayed with them.

The van was also used to deliver hot meals and water and snacks out into the neighborhood.
